Customer Service Representative Job Description

  • Phones Route Calls
  • Take messages and distribute them
  • Name of person calling
  • Company they are with
  • Phone number/Ext.
  • Reason for call
  • Send Missed Call email with above contents.
  • Assist with customers Take/enter order from walk in customers.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Call/Notify customers of completed orders to be picked up.
  • Check status on open promo orders for Sales Department. (Green Alerts daily, Standard orders every other day) Call vendors attached to order
  • Verify proof has been sent, approved, or pending.
  • Verify payment has been placed on vendors needing pre-payment.
  • Log status and who you spoke with in orders notes.
  • Support for Vice President and Sales Team Create research presentations.
  • Build customer quotes.
  • Process approved quotes.
  • Complete order entry.
  • Possible account maintenance.
  • Follow up with Clients for any Service related issues or questions
  • Front office Appearance Help keep coffee bar and area around it clean.
  • Assist in taking out trash in front offices. (weekly)
  • Catalog table organized.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Vice President
  • This Position report directly to the Vice President

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
