We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to add to our Team. The primary role is to provide quality service and support for all customers. The CSR also provides support for our sales team. The CSR's objective is to provide each customer with the highest possible service.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-channel customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

Make immediate decisions about how best to resolve service complaints

Process all transactions necessary to keep the circulation subscriber database accurate

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Process orders and provide customer with prompt status updates

Qualifications:

High school diploma /GED or Higher with 1-3 + years of Customer Service experience

Must possess excellent communication skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Deadline and detail oriented

Must be able to perform basic mathematical skills

Must have the ability to type 45+ wpm

Competencies and skills needed:

Strong sales acumen

Ability to collaborate and communicate with other internal departments

Demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy, with others

Build strong relationships with customers, team members

Ability to sit for long periods of time on the phone

Knowledge of basic PC operations and software

Ability to type notes into CRM effectively
