Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive and manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product questions
- Place orders over the phone.
- Recommend additional products that may be available to the customer.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multi-task , and pay attention to details
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
