In this role, you will support Sun’s growing US Branded business. You will play a pivotal role within our growing business.

Through a combination of interpersonal communications vial telephone and email act as the liaison with customers of Sun Pharmaceutical to manage daily sales of the company’s growing portfolio of products. Expectations include; exceptional customer service, fundamental data analysis, data visualizations, and understanding reports to proactively address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Accept and process purchase orders for fulfillment and follow up to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Regularly communicate with wholesalers, retail and specialty pharmacies and other customers to address product purchases, in-transit status and inventory status.
• Address customer shipment errors such as overages, shortages.
• Triaging calls from health care professionals and consumers to appropriate Sun Pharma departments for assistance.
• Work closely with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) partners for on-time delivery of shipments

Qualifications:

• 3+ years customer service experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred)
• Advanced SAP and Excel Skills
• Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
• Experience working with wholesalers, pharmacies and hospitals a plus
