Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:

The Customer Service representative is part of a small team whose primary responsibility is to assist our customers by answering inbound phone calls and emails. A customer service representative must be used to a dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are the key factors to success!

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails
• Assist customers with quotes, purchase orders, and order adjustments
• Keep record of customer notes in our customer management system
• Trouble shoot customer’s concerns and issues as they arise
• Make outbound phone calls as necessary to update customers on order status
• Work collaboratively with teammates, leadership, and other teams to ensure customer’s problem is resolved

Qualifications:

• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Great communication skills: verbal and written including punctuation and grammar
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or higher
• Call Center experience, preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic manner while solving customer problems

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
