Inside Sales Rep needed for a great company in the Carrollton area.
Monday-Friday Day Shift
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Inside Sales experience
- Diploma
- Up to date resume with excellent job tenure. (No gaps)
- Clean background
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the customer base
- Build relationships with the right people.
- Provide timely sales quotas and pricing requests.
- Customer service
- Problem resolution
- Keeping in Touch and in focus with our customers' needs
- Maintain and update Pricing Grids for customer base.
Growing the customer base
- Perform Activities relating to growing the customer base.
- Sending communications regarding current promotions, new products, etc.
- Creatively collaborating to find new ways to reach out and stay in touch with the customer base.
- Research and understand their customers' core base.
- Sending and creating sample kits
- Assisting Sales in prepping for sales Meetings and tradeshows
- Follow up on samples, sales quotas and tradeshows.
