This position is located onsite in our Crestview FL call center.

Located at: 5660 John Givens Rd, Crestview, FL 32539 US
Positions start at $16 per hour + opportunity to earn monthly bonuses!
iQor Crestview is growing our team of call center agents! Our representatives will provide excellent service to our customers over the phone. Qualified applicants will have a stable work history in retail, food service or a call center environment.

Training schedule: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday
Production range: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, will require a Saturday or Sunday, for a 40-hour work week.

Requirements:
  • 6 months of customer service experience (call center, retail or food service).
  • HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes or procedures
  • Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices
  • Process device upgrades and resolve customer issues
  • Engage with customers to understand their technology and promote protection/tech support solutions
  • Maintain data accuracy and performance standard
