- Light clerical work includinganswering/screening/telephone calls to the appropriate person, resolution ofcalls (orders, quotes, etc).
- Respond to customer requests forinformation concerning order tracking, order expediting and productavailability.
- Perform order entry at both salesinvoicing level and request for products from supply plants.
- Notify customers of potentialbackorders, credit issues, order availability and any other informationregarding orders.
- Act as a liaison between salescenter and plant departments, gather the necessary information and respondappropriately.
- Process all necessary paperwork forthe daily operation of the sales center as required.
- Other dutiesas assigned.
- 1-3 yearsCustomer Service experience, door industry preferred
- Attention todetail and problem solving.
- Excellenttelephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with alllevels of staff and customers.
- Workingknowledge of PC’s and related software including MS Word, Excel, Access, LotusNotes, etc.
- Strong mathskills required.
- Willingnessto learn product and processes, and work as a team
