Our prestigious Amherst, NY client is looking for skilled Customer Service Representative professionals to fill their temporary to hire openings. These positions require a client support professional who offers a relevant employment history from a corporate business setting. Any level of technical product support experience will be considered FIRST! Collections industry experience is NOT preferred.

At this time, positions are on a hybrid schedule which requires both remote and onsite work requirements at their facility. Hourly pay rate is up to $19/hr. with a shift of 1pm-6pm or 2pm-7pm, M-F.

In order to obtain the higher pay rate of $19/hr., you MUST have the following requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience servicing manufactured products and technical equipment.
  • Strong communication, telephone, computer and data entry skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • ERP/CRM experience highly preferred.
  • Dental education, training or industry work experience is a plus.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide customer needs determination and assist customers with their orders
  • Help customer with navigating product software application
  • Assist customers with product usage and offer technical resolution via E-mail and phone
  • Prepare and enter customer orders. Coordinate literature requests when necessary
  • Provide support to Technical Field Sales and Inside Sales Account Managers by responding to product and/or literature requests
  • Issue credit and rebills when needed
  • Execute and maintain daily Salesforce.com interactions
  • Provide customer assistance in tracking packages and locating or replacing orders
  • Maintain working knowledge of all relevant ERP procedures
  • Execute and maintain daily Salesforce.com interactions
  • Follow all procedures pertaining to customer complaints
  • Perform other clerical/administrative duties or assist in special projects as assigned by the Manager of Customer Service

Due to limited public transportation availability to this location, private commute options should be considered to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Upon hire, background checks, drug screens, and employment verifications will be initiated.
