Customer Service Representative / Part-time / Seasonal
Job description
Winter Services, LLC. is looking to fill a seasonal, part-time customer service representative position to work out of our West Allis office from October thru the end of April. As a customer service representative, you will be required to answer incoming phone calls and update work orders in our computer system as well as retrieve after hours voice messages and assist with miscellaneous office duties.
Basic use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is required. The ideal individual would be willing to work a minimum of 14 hours a week with additional hours being available overnight and during storm events.
Shifts available: 5 am to 10 am; 1 pm to 6 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 per hour
