Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are growing our team of Member Services. This is a great opportunity for you to build a Customer Service career.

What will you do in this role?

As Customer Service Advisor on the Member Services Team at Concentrix, you will:

• Answer all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards
• Capture prospect information (Name, Address, Phone, email, Product of interest, Source)
• Define consumer needs by asking relevant questions
• Categorize callers and offer appropriate Touch point (i.e. warm transfers to other departments)
• Provide website navigation assistance

Who You Are:

As a Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of customer service experience (e.g. retail, restaurant and or call center experience) with at least one year's experience with one employer preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Good writing and typing skills.
• Must be available to work, Monday through Sunday, ANY 8-hour shift 24/7.
• Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed.
• Attend every day of the training.
• Background clearance
• Drug Test Required
