This job requires a person to oversee answering inbound calls and emails for this client with quick and courteous responses.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer services calls and complaints effectively and efficiently in a fast paced dispatch office environment.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Utilize excellent communication with customers informing of status and ETAs using telephone and e-mail.
• Possess proficient PC skills (Outlook, Word, Access and general PC navigation).
• Other general office work as needed

Additional Essential Functions:

• Preferred bilingual
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices and problem solving skills.
