companies such as Estee Lauder, Aeropostale, and HOME. We are a third
party company that handles the in-bound customer service calls. We are
looking for talented individuals to join our customer service team
while enjoying the comforts of working from home.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORK FROM HOME DETAILS:

• Temporary position
• $13.50 to $13.50 /hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 12:00am to

12:00pm)

• You will leverage cutting-edge automation and technology through

multiple web-based platforms to drive sales through processing online
orders and addressing key customer issues

• Answering, servicing and resolving customer needs
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve individual and team

results There will be a 2 week training period for these positions
(training dates and times are TBD)

• Start times vary from as early as 7am to as late as 3:30pm

CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORK FROM HOME QUALIFICATIONS:

• Schedules will vary based on the needs of the business
• Set full time schedule (40 hours a week)
• Ability to work different schedules (evenings and weekends)
• Must have highspeed internet (speed test required)
• Must be able to pass two skills tests with previous customer

service experience desired

• Have a dedicated quiet workspace
• Must live near Pocatello, Idaho
• Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being

employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.

occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as
any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
