About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. This person will own the relationship with several established customers in the Insurance space. This is a high-profile customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management and program management skills to guide customers successfully from deployment to operationalization. The position is also highly collaborative working across multiple internal teams to ensure we deliver a quality product to our customers. This role reports to the SVP, Customer Success.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio customers to foster strategic, long-term business relationships
- Create and execute strategic account plans, in conjunction with Account Executives
- Act as an expert on Groundspeed products/solutions and Insurance data in order to achieve retention goals and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product on prioritizing product enhancements
- Report against customer KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of managing customer relationships experience
- Understanding of business processes and data
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal skills
- Excellent relationship building capabilities with customers including senior management, management, and users of Groundspeed solutions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several simultaneous projects
- Experience navigating uncertain environments independently while producing consistent, positive outcomes
- A passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

- Startup or working on a small team experience
- Knowledge of commercial insurance
