Customer Success Manager for Cybersecurity Company

Fast-growing company is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage a number of key software and cybersecurity accounts. Do you want to learn more as you surround yourself with other smart and ambitious people?

The successful applicant will focus on ensuring that our customers are happy and being well-served by our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clients and meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will have responsibility to not only grow the business, but to help educate our clients in how they can grow their business. You will report to the Sales Manager and manage a minimum of 40 accounts at any given time. We’re looking for a sales-oriented technical professional who values productivity and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s client retention campaigns
- Support Sales and Marketing team as needed
- Grow your skills to manage both Microsoft Commercial and Government accounts.
- Engage with minimum 10 clients per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects within two days
- Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who wish to change service offerings
- Manage budget and hit or exceed monthly quota as established by Sales Manager
- Get 2 referrals a month from customers
- Get 2 testimonials per month from customers
- Grow account gross revenue by at least 10% per year
- 10 client appointments held per week, in person or by Teams video
- To obtain two new upsell appointment per week
- To maintain an overall blended gross profit margin of 42% - Best in class
- Hold regular (at least quarterly) review meetings with key accounts
- Manage the license portal for accounts
- All activities tracked and measured in our CRM (Keap)
- This is an in-office position (not remote)
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B account management
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Office 365 and Azure experience on a technical level - this is a pre-sales technical position
- Successful history working with large clients
- Experience in assisting in selling software or other high-tech solutions highly desirable
- Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Keap desirable
Benefits: we pay very competitively. This position is paid as a base salary with a “no cap” commission plan. We pay full cost of health insurance (including dental and vision) and for your Microsoft Training and Certifications.
