As a Customer Success Representative, you are responsible for prospecting and developing new IT business leads, as well as account management of a select group of accounts. This role requires an energetic and diligent approach to new business development and customer relationships.

Your mission will be to source, identify and nurture new business by developing strong, successful relationships with potential and current customers. This position is a mix of business development, account management and understanding how technology solutions can address the customer’s business needs.

Qualifications

Education:
  • High School Diploma, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred

Experience:
  • Six (6) months of customer service experience, required
  • Experience in IT customer prospecting or sales, preferred
  • Experience meeting or exceeding monthly goals for identifying qualified opportunities, preferred

Software:
  • Experience using any CRM software, preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office, CRM, and IT products for business is desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and sell into new accounts
  • Successful track record of interacting and building relationships with clients
  • Attitude is critical to success; must be self-starter, execute with speed and agility, exudes positive attitude, resourceful and highly dependable
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and research skills
