SOCi is looking for a Customer Success Training Specialist to be part of an exciting, high-energy team that keeps our customers at the center of all we do. Being innovative, adaptive, and resilient are key characteristics for this role. This position is responsible for managing and improving SOCi training programs to encourage customer adoption and retention. They will help to ensure all product training materials are scalable and kept up to date. The successful candidate will use industry best practices to actively identify training gaps and create suitable strategies for content creation. Candidates must be extremely well versed as a trainer to present and assist in customer success enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Helps develop product and process training program objectives.
- Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Trains and coaches team members involved and leveraging the SOCI training department.
- Design, develop, and implement targeted learning solutions around SOCi business products including a deeper dive into internal knowledge.
- Support internal training of new product Go-to-Market.
- Design, develop, and implement targeted learning solutions around Industry standards related to applicable digital marketing trends, including and not limited to trends and best practices.
- Assist with conducting product training sessions as needed to both customers and team members.
- Modify and update product programs as needed.
- Look for ongoing management tools that create efficient and operationalized functions that can help with ongoing maintenance of the constant product updates and new product releases.
- Maintain and update SOCi knowledge Base articles based on ongoing updates and inclusive of current industry trends.
- Present and demo product to groups and individuals in live and recorded product training sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- 4+ years of experience on high growth B2B SaaS company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ethics
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
- Must have high initiative, integrity and strong work ethic
- Works comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience designing and creating content for training purposes
- Cohesive and organized approach to content creation
- Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing
