The primary function of the Customer Support Liaison is to support the Branch Managers and Repossession Agents. You must develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers.

We want to talk with you if you have hands on experience, a positive attitude and a desire to grow in your overall skills as a professional.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to supervisor, our corporate office and recovery agents.
Manage Client Accounts by reviewing and following the guidelines of the Clients requests.
Manage Client Accounts by reviewing and sending Agent updates/requests.
Communicate between corporate office & Agents in the field to successfully obtain repossession of the vehicle.
Other Duties as needed and/or requested.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1-3 years Customer Service experience
Must be able to navigate between computer programs quickly and efficiently
Strong Phone Skills
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented and highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Demonstrates ability to be team player

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
