The individual will perform duties that are detailed in nature, exposure to health care, health insurance, medical information, and direct service. Will face clients and assist them regarding health insurance.


Pay $18/HR


Requirements:


  • Possess a passion for Customer Service
  • Display exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Capability to navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease.
  • Experience in a Quality/Production driven environment.
  • Must have previous customer service and/or claims experience.

*This is a remote position but requires to pick up equipment in Owings Mills, MD, along with Vaccination*
