You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to key customers
- Researching and Resolving provider/payer issues. Communicating resolution to key stakeholders
- Reconcile claims data on client and internal systems
- Ensure claims data in client system meets client quality standards
- Generate reports to highlight current state of business operations
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Loading, cleaning, and manipulating data from multiple sources including internal, external, and 3rd parties
- This role is Remote Nationwide

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR 2+ years of equivalent data analytics experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years of experience with basic SQL commands and queries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in specific fields of MIS, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry
- Understanding of relational database theory
- Ability to generate and implement imaginative solutions that affect moderately complex projects
Soft Skills:
- Ability to be a self-starter and eager to learn
- Excellent organizations skills, attention to detail, 100% accuracy, ability to multi-task with multiple staff input under tight deadlines, demonstrated ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only : The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
