Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service to key customers
• Researching and Resolving provider/payer issues. Communicating resolution to key stakeholders
• Reconcile claims data on client and internal systems
• Ensure claims data in client system meets client quality standards
• Generate reports to highlight current state of business operations
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Loading, cleaning, and manipulating data from multiple sources including internal, external, and 3rd parties

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR 2+ years of equivalent data analytics experience
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 2+ years of experience with basic SQL commands and queries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in specific fields of MIS, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry
• Understanding of relational database theory
• Ability to generate and implement imaginative solutions that affect moderately complex projects

Soft Skills:

• Ability to be a self-starter and eager to learn
• Excellent organizations skills, attention to detail, 100% accuracy, ability to multi-task with multiple staff input under tight deadlines, demonstrated ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only : The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
