- Experience in data analysis with strong SQL Background and need to have strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and requirement sessions.
- Strong SQL skills to assist with data analysis for new IT projects.
- Expereince with data preparation, analysis/mining and visualizing the results.
- Gathering and documenting application functional requirements.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of business process design techniques.
- Develop business process flows and process maps.
- Assist with gap analysis highlighting current state, future state and client needs.
- Conduct performance and integration testing.
- Develop application functional specifications for all levels of complexity.
- Experience with big data, data lake and Data warehouse is a plus.
- Experience wth any reporting tool like qlikview, cognos is a plus.
- Assist in the development of the project plan for your team.
