DATA ANALYST – DRUG AND SPECIALTY COURT OFFICE

The Louisiana Supreme Court’s Drug and Specialty Court Office (SCDSCO) seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to provide system administration for a statewide database currently being used by 70+ specialty courts statewide (“AIMS” through AutoMon). Duties include maintaining user accounts, configuration of specialty courts’ structures, providing level one help desk support, serving as a liaison between the SCDSCO programs and AIMS for support tickets, and developing reports and dashboards as needed for reporting and analysis.

Ideal applicants will possess experience with case management systems functionality, processing and application administration. Knowledge of specialty court processes, best practices and drug and specialty court policies and procedures as well as AutoMon communication procedures strongly preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, as well as Excel, Word, Outlook and Access. Must have exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate clearly and patiently with AIMS users, AutoMon developers, and all specialty court staff throughout the state. 5+ years of data analyst experience preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,491.00 - $77,000.00 per year
