- Serve as a lead for compiling reports and collecting data in response to routine reports and data calls
- Collect data (i.e. financial assistance data) for various reports, data requests from leadership, and other tasks (e.g. pulling data from GrantSolutions, FBMS, EMIS, USASpending, etc); and compiling the data into useable reports and charts for use in presentations and documents
- Compile technology requisitions from teams to compile into an IT Roadmap used to coordinate with other offices for potential IT solutions
- Obtain inputs from Bureaus on requested template updates and coordinate approval of requested changes and update templates
- Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources (i.e. reports, documents, databases, correspondence, etc.)
- Perform data entry into various systems in support of various programmatic and administrative processes (i.e., GrantSolutions)
- Perform analyses and reconciliation of various reports and data sets and produce reports on the outcome of the analysis; and SharePoint site development and maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited College or University
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
