• Develop an understanding of ATC operational processes and the data required to develop analytic solutions to support the business
• Understand the data structure supporting ATC applications to communicate between the business and development teams effectively
• Work in conjunction with the business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Design and Present analytical solutions that represent the data in a meaningful way using Tableau, ServiceNow, and PowerBi
• Maximize report adoption by Training end users on how to use tools, and answer any questions on reporting and data
• Collaborate with internal customers to meet and exceed their expectations
• Innovate within various analytical platforms to provide quality solutions to the business
• Show a passion for learning and seek certifications as desired for continuous professional improvements
• Supports production issues with reporting and data
• Identify areas of poor data quality and educate respective teams to improve data quality, integrity, and reporting capabilities
• Responsible for testing and validating new data sources, reports, reporting tools, etc.
• Work with IT Data Teams to ensure data integrity and report performance
• Identify areas where a process change will be required to support a reporting need and works with management to implement it
• Monitor internal and external customer support requests when necessary
