Summary and Overall Objectives:
Conducts data analytics projects, collecting, processing, and interpreting data to solve internal operational challenges and improve department decision making. Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity. Analyzes data using statistical techniques and provides reports.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement databases and data collection systems.
· Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Filter and analyze data to provide reports to upper mgmt.
· Work with management to prioritize business and informational needs
· Identify and define new process and improvement opportunities
· Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
· Generate Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports for different Operations segments.
· Provide productivity reports with data provided (Softeon, staffing, etc.)
· Open to learning new industry tasks
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent.
· Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
· Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
· Experience managing projects and tasks.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Keen attention to detail and well organized.
· Must engage in regular, respectful communications with staff to maintain high quality performance from the team and encourage open communication.
· Proficient Computer Skills: Excel, Powerpoint.
· PowerBI experience.
· Cognos experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
