Summary:

The Data Analytics Leave Senior will contribute to Global Internal Audit’s (GIA) continued enhancement of
data analytics, data mining, and continuous auditing strategies to support the function. The Data Analytics
Senior will be exposed to risk-based projects in several business areas and will be working with project
teams and Internal Audit Centers of Excellence (CoE) to:
  • Lead project teams on executing audit analytics during all relevant stages of an audit project
  • Provide support to the GIA Analytics function activities seeking for continuous enhancements
  • Participate in the ongoing development/transition towards data automation for GIA projects
  • Assist CoE teams in identifying, developing and documenting new relevant data analysis for the subject
  • Work closely with the Head of Analytics on key initiatives


Essential Job Duties:

  • Own analytics presence within the region, including travel to support other regions when needed
  • Ability to work and communicate across multiple projects at the same time
  • Lead project teams in how to obtain key data points for audits and perform data mining and analysis
techniques
  • Lead analytics support for audits by identifying, developing, documenting, and executing audit analytics
during all relevant stages of an audit project
  • Develop and leverage subject matter expertise in: the knowledge of Bunge's data environment and
systems; ability to access and analyze data; use of analytical tools; and ability to interpret, visualize and
communicate results
  • Co-Lead department initiatives to review and improve processes, tools and methodologies related to the
use of Data Analytics
  • Lead the development of trainings related to data analytics tools and methodology
  • Provide additional support on GIA initiatives, when necessary
  • Critically think on how to enhance GIA with use of tools, data, other technologies, etc.


Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems,
Data Science or related areas. MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience within an audit, consulting or business intelligence environment performing
operational analysis is desirable
  • Experience in Agribusiness within an audit/consulting environment and/or performing operational
analysis is desirable
  • Knowledge of Bunge’s complex system landscape is a plus
  • English verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with project teams on
a regular basis and produce analytics related materials in English. Other foreign languages are a plus
  • Experience in specialty area (e.g., RPA (Robotics Process Automation), Data Analytics, SAP, Oracle,
Business Intelligence, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Tableau, Excel, Access, MS-SQL, Oracle, R, Python, PLSQL, Microsoft Office suite, etc
  • Ability to work in an ever-growing global environment with multicultural and multidisciplinary
requirements
  • Ability to apply a business focused approach to the Global Internal Audit function
  • Skills in supervising seniors and staff and directing work
  • Skill in planning and project management and maintaining composure under pressure while meeting
multiple deadlines
  • Considerable skill in using Microsoft Office products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and
writing presentations
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff and external
contacts, and to work effectively in a professional team environment
  • Proven track record of team leadership, and development of sustainable relationships
  • Ability to work in an ever-growing global environment with domestic and international travel
requirements
