Job description

Our office is looking for an energetic and self-motivated office assistant to support our small rug & furniture business. Can be either part-time or full-time

Tasks include:

- Data entry for preparing excel spreadsheets
- Various office duties such as answering phones, assisting customers, filing, copying, scanning
- Editing of photos

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

- Must be reliable!
- High level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Self-Motivated
- Works independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to multi-task daily
- Extremely Detailed Oriented
- Professional Attire, Must have car

-Adobe Photoshop Experience would be great but not required
