We are seeking a self-motivated, process-oriented person to join our Production team as a temporary Data Entry Associate helping us to upload courses to our website for exceptional learning experiences for our members. You will play a pivotal role in our course release process and can expect to be working in the back end website portal to help upload our educational videos. At SolidProfessor, we value cultural fit as much as creativity and technical know-how. We’re looking for someone who is organized, can consistently and repetitively follow instructions for our course release process. This position is a temporary 3 month contract with the potential opportunity to become full time. The full time position adds the responsibilities as CAD Production Specialist in education videos for our website. You will play a pivotal role in our production process and can expect to use various CAD software to produce our educational videos. What Will I Be Doing in this E-Learning Data Entry Associate Role?

• During the first three months, you will be involved in a project where you will learn the Course Release Process on the back-end of our website and upload, edit, and submit predetermined Course Names and Descriptions. If hired on following the three-month contract you will have the exciting opportunity to do the following:
• Showcase CAD skills and techniques in various CAD and CAM software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion360, CAMWorks, Sketchup, and more
• Use screen capture software to record CAD software tutorials
• Recreate existing CAD software tutorials from previous course releases
• Simultaneously track status of various steps in multiple projects
• Communicate with external content sources for requests and delivery of material
• Coordinate with SolidProfessor’s Learning Design team to ensure the best possible product results
• Check the quality of your work and the product’s end result

What Do I Need to Succeed in this E-Learning Data Entry Associate Role?

• Associates Degree preferred
• Professional CAD/mechanical design experience or college level CAD/mechanical design courses
• Ability to adapt to various CAD software
• Experience with light audio/video editing
• Engineering or manufacturing related work experience
• CAD/Mechanical design experience
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both oral and written
• Professional disposition, highly dependable and organized with a sense of discretion and maturity
• Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining a cohesive relationship with peers and managers to set and achieve goals
• Technology literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
