This position coordinates with management to ensure an orderly work flow between departments. The Data Entry position represents the company in a professional manner in communicating with vendors, upper management, and the corporate office.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input and maintain data on Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes
- Organize and file documents efficiently
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and fax
- This position may be cross-trained to assist in multiple positions
- Various clerical duties as assigned by management
- Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Windows.
- Must be able to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and follow-through
