Job description
You will be primarily responsible for data entry and processing Letter of Credit Transactions in the Trade 360 System to ensure that all assigned work is complete in regards to the Unit's SLA (Service Level Agreement) and appropriate reason for pending work and accountability. This person will timely report issues and reasons for incomplete assignments directly to the Supervisory staff.
Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry, accountability, punctuality, good communication, and organization are required.
- Perform a variety of customer service and/or office support functions in a high-volume environment for both internal and external customers.
- Familiar with a variety of banking concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Work under general supervision and will typically report to a supervisor and/or manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent working experience with 4+ years in the field or related area.
- Prior banking experience is a plus, but not required.
