DATA-ENTRY & BILLING POSITION (24-40 hours per week)

Small but growing Estate Planning firm in Cary is currently seeking a skilled Billing Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This can be either a part or full time in office position, with a minimum of 24 hours required each week. The successful candidate should have verifiable data-entry and billing experience.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for data entry needed to ensure accurate and timely billing. You will be responsible for generating and distributing monthly reports, generating all third-party billing forms for submission to third-party carriers, and completing various data entry assignments required for reporting and bill processing.

Preferred: a minimum of 1 year experience in similar role at a doctor/dentist office or law office; or 2 years experience in a similar role elsewhere.

$17.00/hour and up, depending on experience

• Administrative skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Team orientation and willingness to help - we are a small team and we all pitch in to help get the work done accurately and timely

• Ability to accept direction/re-direction and help from the team

PLEASE NOTE: we are interested in a local candidate and are not offering relocation for this position.
