Description

As a member of the Menzies Aviation Data Clerk Entry team, you will be responsible for interprets data and turns the data into information which can offer ways to improve the business. This individual will work alongside team members within the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and interpret the data timely
  • Analyze the results
  • Report the results back to manager
  • Identify patterns and trends in the data sets
  • Issue employee notification letters, which are sent out within the proper time constraints as mandated by State guidelines (letter format would be provided by manager)
  • Must be able to make phone calls and speak on the phone
  • Contact State Agencies when needed (update health agencies as directed by manager on Covid-19 employee cases)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
  • Handle heavy equipment that may require you to lift and move up to 25lbs
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Must pass background check and obtain US Custom seal as required
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Working Conditions

Work is primarily done indoors; however, the individual will be working at the station where harsh weather conditions could affect the indoor environment. Work in a small office with minor traffic, frequent interruptions and aircraft noise.
