Supporting the Aftermarket Department

Attention to Detail (entering data and updating data within our ERP system)

Ability to self organize

Able to navigate within multiple computer applications to accomplish work

All computer applications and tasks will be taught, however the right person(s) will feel comfortable learning and navigating different computer systems to accomplish high priority tasks quickly and accurately.

Order management and Project coordination experience needed

Good written and verbal communication skills, may potentially interact with customers

Salesforce navigation – can be taught

LN – will be taught

Excel – general navigation and familiarity

Outlook

Data Entry: Invoice & Purchase order review and potentially inputting related data

Accurate data entry skills

Typing in items from a drawing bill of materials

General knowledge of pipe and plate, oil and gas industry raw materials experience

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 per hour
