At least 1 year of Data Entry experience

Experience importing data into V-look ups and Pivot tables using Excel

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment

**Position will require health screens to be onboarded, will include the following: MMR, Varicella, TDAP, Influenza, Hepatitis B, and COVID-19 (FDA approved proof of 2 doses)**

Day to Day:

A hospital in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist in a major Supply Chain initiative at each location. This individual will be working alongside OR Coordinators and Project Coordinators to better structure and organize all inventory closets at the hospital. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting all data given by the Project Coordinators into Excel or Lawson. This data will consist of inventory closet layout, product location, manufacturing numbers, and brief descriptions of the supplies. You will then be responsible for utilizing Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables) to organizing and cleaning up this data so that accurate labels can be printed and placed on the inventory in the dedicated supply closet. You will be required to pass an entry level Excel test during the interview process.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
