This mature organization, located in Leesburg, FL has been a mainstay of the community for over 50 years and in recent times has begun to shift from doing what we've always done to growing and expanding our operations. We are seeking to expand our direct services in Family Stability and to build an even more impactful presence within, and for, both of the counties we have the pleasure of serving. And with the desire to serve more clients, comes more data!
This is where you come in. If you are a person who prides yourself on your attention to detail, a keen eye for data and small boxes, and the ability to dot each i and cross each t, you have our attention. The ideal candidate in this position will join the team as if he or she has been here far longer than it may show on paper, as well as ready to "hit the ground running", but will have adequate training, certification, and daily guidance to increase the comfort level of correct ways in which to enter data.

It is tedious work, but in a comfortable environment. For either the part-time or full-time role, for which we are seeking highly qualified candidates, much of your role and duties would be performed, after an onboarding process, in our office and under supervision, though with increased autonomy, once a proven level of comfort and performance has been reached.

- Maintain security of all files and filing systems
- Enter the details of each file in the way the system requests and manager instructs
- Track remaining files yet to be entered
- Maintain an organizational system of good record keeping and a willingness to alert key stakeholders of missing information.
Due to the leadership role United Way is called upon to play in the community, particularly during times of crisis, it is the expectation that all United Way staff will be fully engaged in the organization's crisis plan and response efforts during these current times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Degree preferred, however some college is aceptable along with a High School Diploma.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in data entry, or dataentry related work.
