Job Details:
- Pay: $25+
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week
- Temporary only!
- Location: In-office, Commerce, CA
- **Must know how to use pivot tables and Vlookups**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report to Quality Control/Production Team
- Use Excel to complete data entry tasks
- Manage pivot tables in Excel
- Use VLOOKUP to navigate reports
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a wider team
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training required
- Computer-savvy, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment.
