You'll Get To...

• Ensure required program data is entered into the statewide database.
• Participate in and support data analysis efforts.
• Conduct regular reviews of data and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies when entering data into the statewide database.
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Store completed documents in appropriate locations
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
• Locate and correct any data entry errors.
• Maintain a detailed and organized storage process to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
• Report any major data errors to Data Entry Supervisor.
• Adhere to best data management practices and maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet your commitments effectively and manage administrative duties.
• Work collaboratively with other TXOR members to support the team's overall goals.
• Effectively communicate with your team, peers, supervisor, and agency leadership.

Are you the next Data Entry Specialist?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, or a combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required.
• Ability to work in a web-based database required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word required.
• Experience facilitating training related to data collection and data entry preferred.
• Precise and accurate attention to detail is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-Time position with an hourly range of $20 - $24, based on skills and experience.
