The Data Management/Project Management Specialist is responsible for the management of the Program of Record CDRLs ensuring that program owners get completed-on time, distribution to the respective customers as required by contractual dates. Focused on Contract Data Requirements Communication and coordination with NAVAIR and DCMA required. Coordination with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, and finance. Performs CDRL management and documents management support for Defense Program office.
- Develops and maintains the CDRL requirements schedules for regular review with customer and Program Leadership. Ensures schedules are carried out to achieve OTD performance.
- Works with Program Managers and Contracts to assess Contract Data Requirements list. Review SOW, DIDs and DD1423.
- Collects information and provides reports, status and change information to program team per established process and communicates plan changes.
- Maintain CDRL supporting data, internal approval records, submission, and acceptance
- Generates and collects information and provides reports on time delivery (OTD) status of CDRLs.
- Perform records management tasking compliance within organization.
- Coordinate with finance and program management on contract close out.
- Liaison between Insitu and DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) on CDRL OTD and submission status and close out.
- Ensures CDRL quality when deliverables arrive, to include inspecting for proper markings. Reviews Government CDRL responses and ensures comment clarity and quality. Assist teams in the proper way to make the adjudicate comments in CDRL workflows.
- Establish and maintain a complete electronic library of all deliverables data in Salesforce.
- Coordinates project plans and activities of ongoing or routine projects. Update/maintain project schedules and associated resource plans and prepares progress reports. Develop project milestones and deliverables and communicate to project owner for input. Ensure defined project goal is carried out in accordance with the specification of the project owner. Coordinates activities of project personnel. Coordinates the collection of project deliverables.
- Performs project tasks that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).

Compensation Range: 26.80 - 36.85
