Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Define / Clarify
- Engages with functional teams to understand their processes and their impact on data cleanliness.
- In functional areas where process is not clearly defined, identifies, develops and documents those processes.
- Evaluates and identifies the technical systems needs of the operation for input to short and long term planning.
- Analyzes and documents gaps between current and desired system functionality.
Develop / Design
- Works with functional teams to develop customer-focused processes that drive efficiency, quality, customer focus, and profitability.
- Develops, implements and maintains process and systems training documentation.
- Develops, implements and maintains efficient procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
- Continually analyze and develop data management strategies.
Manage / Lead
- Enforce policies for effective data management.
- Support users in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Supports functional teams to ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Creates training curriculum and conducts training to ensure team members are proficiently utilizing business systems and following established processes to perform their functions.
- Manages documentation and reporting of system issues and takes on accountability for bringing them to conclusion.
- Creates and conducts ongoing staff development to ensure staff has the appropriate skills and training to effectively and better perform their process related responsibilities.
Measure / Analyze
- Analysis and oversight of database maintenance issues, including de-duplication for cleansing the company's CRM systems.
- Monitor and analyze information to identify issues or areas of concerns with functionality of CRM systems and other operating systems.
- Create reports and data extraction, as well as other data-related projects for functionality assessments, as needed.
Other
- Travel required within United States.
- Knowledge of Minto computer operating systems and CRM systems.
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
