Job Summary

Reino Linen is looking to have an day shift Maintenance Technician join the team in order to help us support the operations of the healthcare laundry plant by conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, machine repairs, computer operation, and preventive maintenance service. Maintenance technicians are responsible for working with a variety of different systems including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing; must be able to troubleshoot machinery to work with the production staff to keep equipment running.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Based on experience starting between $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift starts at 7am-3:30pm; possible required 10-hour shifts to support current production operations

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of problems found during troubleshooting.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training; exposure to processing machinery
• 2+ years of related experience in machinery troubleshooting and maintenance
• Able to work varied shifts and days
• Experience in a commercial laundry desirable but not required
• Ability to work in team atmospheres

Essential Physical Functions:

• Ability to push a weighted cart with a maximum 35 pound push/pull measurement
• Ability to operate all relevant equipment after training is provided.
• Able to work in heat
