The Goddard School, a leader in the preschool industry, is growing and continues to set the standard for excellence. We are looking for energetic and fun individuals to add to our team in Arvada, Colorado.

This position does not require previous experience or training. It is an ideal position for those wanting to enter the field of Early Childhood for the first time. We partner with our faulty in career development and pursuing Early Childhood Teacher qualifications.

Responsibilities will include assisting the lead teacher in implementing the lead teacher’s responsibilities. The lead teacher’s responsibilities include the following:

· Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment.

· Advancing children’s physical and intellectual competence.

· Supporting each child’s social and emotional development and providing positive guidance.

· Establishing positive and effective relations with families and co-workers.

Daycare Worker / Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

· A love for working with children and a desire to learn and advance in the early childhood industry.

Competitive compensation (based on qualifications, experience, education, and certifications):

$14.00 -$15.50 per hour.*

*This range is for an assistant teacher. If you are applying as a qualified Early Childhood Teacher in Colorado the pay range will differ.
