Job description
The role supports the missions to Share Christ-Love People by maintaining efficient operation of Dream Center properties by performing maintenance, repair and remodeling as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational systems of Dream Center equipment and property to take preventative measures and increase longevity of equipment or property
- Resolve maintenance requests from Dream Center staff with best possible solution
- Complete small building projects and remodels of existing Dream Center properties
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems making repairs as needed

Qualifications:*
- Knowledge of use of protective gear and equipment
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, heating and cooling
- Ability to work with all levels within an organization
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Attention to detail
Unusual Working Conditions:
- Lifting of construction materials and heavy equipment
- Exposure to outside working conditions including summer heat
- Use of power equipment
- Exposure to high crime demographic area
Education :
- High School Diploma or GED
