This position offers a hybrid work model
Provides consulting and strategic services to various banking business lines through development of strategies and programs for enhancement of the Customer Experience, to include but not be limited to support/development of business products, customer database generation and reporting, customer issue resolution, program sales and/or support, private wealth sales and/or support, etc.
Works under general supervision with focus on regional programs and general latitude in decision-making responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as lead consultant with business lines, delivery channel and other business partners in defining customer experience, identifying improvement initiatives, assessing ROI, and building the business through product development and/or support.
- Apply and tailor customer financial and other reporting to align and influence strategic plans and customer growth/retention.
- Assist customers with understanding the products, solve problems and issues.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
