You will be responsible for everything from profitability to merchandising to employee development to problem solving. What will I do?
- Oversee total department operations, ensuring internal programs are executed, important information is communicated, and expenses are controlled
- Manage performance and develop employees within the department; provide resources, training, feedback and development opportunities
- Educate customers and employees about products and ensure items are fresh and well-merchandised in innovative displays
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience leading a team
- Computer Skills

- A college degree
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
