SC Home San Antonio is looking for a full-time Delivery and Warehouse Associate. The full-time Delivery and Warehouse Associate role is paid hourly, eligible for our annual incentive program, and benefits eligible including paid holidays, vacation/sick time, insurance, 401K, product purchase discounts, and more.


What you do:

  • Load, secure, and wrap product safely pick-up and/or delivery.
  • Receive and inspect incoming freight and process into inventory.
  • Verify correct product and accessories for delivery.
  • Ensure all merchandise is assembled and in satisfactory condition prior to delivery.
  • Assist with customer deliveries.
  • Assist with annual inventory and periodic cycle counts.
  • Assist with merchandise returns.
  • Assist in floor plan set of showrooms.
  • Hours are set by the assigned store with frequent weekend hours expected and additional hours during special events.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a warehouse or retail stock operation is preferred.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Pallet jack experience preferred.
  • Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and iPad required; Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(s) preferred.
  • Ability to take lead in deliveries or make delivery alone.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions as well as give instruction to others.
  • Ability to perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting, shipping, and receiving.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs.) and occasionally carry heavy items in a team lift or alone during deliveries, upstairs, and around corners.
  • Possession of clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
