Delivery Driver. Holcim - ACM Management, Inc.. [28 JOB OPENINGS]. Job is temporary, full time
from 04/01/2023 to 11/15/2023. Rate of pay: $27.19/hour. During this period work hours are approximately between 6am and 6pm
Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week with opportunity of weekly overtime available. Overtime will
be paid at rate of at least 1 ½ times the regular rate of pay for every hour worked over 40 in an overtime
workweek. Positions available in North Dakota: Casselton, Hillsboro, Carrington, Cooperstown, Jamestown, Lisbon/Gwinner, Valley City and Wahpeton. Positions available in Minnesota: Fergus Falls, Mahnomen, Ottertail, Park Rapids and Rollag/Hawley.

Duties: Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross
Vehicle Weight (GVW). Delivers materials as customer specifies, after determining customer’s requests
are safe and possible. Communicates truck/job status to dispatch. Maintains good public relations with
customer. Maintains appearance of truck, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels, oil, hydraulic,
coolant and fuel. Performs minor repairs to truck as needed. Maintains load in transit to job. Adds fiber
reinforcement to load as directed. Inspects load during wash down, reports any problems. Completes
washout procedures both during and at end-of-day; cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete from
hardening in mixer and on truck; may spray surfaces of truck with protective compound to prevent
adhering of concrete. Performs walk-around pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of
truck, mixer, other vehicles, or equipment. Identifies safety problems or concerns and reports any unsafe
conditions to Supervisor, including near misses and areas where safety can be improved. Ensures that
safety, compliance, environmental and DOT requirements are followed at all times. Completes all
paperwork that may be necessary; assist with site work as required by site management. Demonstrates a
commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and
areas. Ensures the safe and timely delivery of bulk cement, concrete (proper slump), or aggregate
materials to the customer at proper job sites (including loading and unloading in designated areas).
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions at designated areas. Initiate order process for
additional orders and encouraging customers to utilize value added ingredients such as fiber, retardant,
color or other products. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator
fluid, performing minor repairs, or washing trucks.

Job requires ability to obtain a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (“CDL”).
