- Translate orders/ demands provided by corporate supply chain teams into executable manufacturing plan, considering permanent and temporary capacity conditions
- Confirm production starts/ outs to partners
- Ensure plan commitments will be met and adjust plan/ priorities if necessary
- Be the interface between Divisions/ corporate functions and local manufacturing
- Create visibility from start to product out
- Successfully enable and manage KPI such as OTD (CLIP), cycle time and line speed by optimizing line loading
- Manage escalations and deviations from plan
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 1-2 years in planning/ supply chain, ideally in semiconductor/ electronics industry (or any other industry with highly product mix and customer specific products
- Potential to lead people in a small team
- Very good communication skills on different levels - appropriate communication to shop floor personnel, site experts and partners at other sites/ cultures
