Onboarding & training provided related to skills, techniques, OSHA safety, and machine operation.

Activities, Responsibilities, and Specific Duties:

• Provide general labor and demolition work to work sites

• Maintain tools and equipment on all sites

• Remove debris and trash at construction sites

• Selective demolition of walls, floors, ceilings, exteriors, and interiors on a variety of materials

• Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman and management

Previous experience in construction or demolition-related fields is a plus but not required for an entry-level position. We like to train and promote from within.

Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Compensation: Full-time: Entry Level Laborer to Forman(Based on Previous Experience)

• $16 - $25 per hour (determined by experience) plus benefits and paid time off

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to work on a 12' step ladder or at heights on a lift

• Ability to bend at the waist, sit, kneel, climb, walk, etc., as the job requires

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must pass drug screenings, have a clean criminal background

• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
