Dental patient coordinator wanted for modern, established dental practice! Strong team of staff members and dentists. We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, detail-oriented individual who can multitask. Knowledge of Dentrix software a must. Knowledge of dentistry required. Workdays would be Monday through Friday. No weekends!
We offer a great salary with a Medical Insurance stipend, paid vacation, accrued sick and PTO days, 401K with 3% match and scrubs after 90 days. Please send a resume and cover letter.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance benefits
- Enter info into patient charts
- Check-in/check-out patients
- Collect co-pays and patient balances
- Answer patient questions
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
- Administrative duties as needed
- Entering Insurance and patient payments
- Answer multi-line phone system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
