Hours:

  • Monday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Thursday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (2 Saturdays a month)
  • Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls with the highest customer service expectations
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Insurance verification and coordination
  • Treatment coordination and presentation
  • Patient account management
  • Highly engage with patients with the utmost patience
  • Reliable and empathetic towards patients and staff
  • We are looking for someone with great phone and personable skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
